Banzai GR (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard information when you use the iSubnet mobile application (the “App”) and our website located at isubnet.net.

1. Information We Collect

We only collect information that is strictly necessary to provide the App’s functionalities and sync features:

  • Account Information: If you optionally sign up for an account to sync your data across devices, we collect your email address and authentication ID (managed securely via Firebase Authentication).
  • User-Generated Content: If you use the cloud-sync feature, we securely store your calculation history, custom notes, and subnet configurations in our database (Firebase Firestore) to synchronize them to your other devices.
  • Purchase Information: Premium features are purchased directly via the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. Subscription management is assisted by RevenueCat. We do not collect or store your credit card or financial billing information.
  • Diagnostics: We may collect anonymous crash logs and performance reports (via Firebase Crashlytics) to debug issues and improve the app’s performance.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data solely to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the App’s core services.
  • Synchronize your notes and subnet settings across your logged-in devices.
  • Analyze crash logs to troubleshoot code and fix bugs.

3. Data Retention and Deletion

You have full control over your data. Your account, sync configurations, history, and notes will be stored as long as you keep your account. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time directly through the App settings (under Account âž” Delete Account).

4. Third-Party Services

We use third-party services that collect information used to identify you:

  • Google Firebase: Used for secure user accounts, data synchronization, and diagnostic crash logging.
  • RevenueCat: Used to manage subscription states and unlock premium features across platforms.

5. Your Rights (GDPR & CCPA Compliance)

Depending on your location, you have rights regarding your personal data:

  • Right of Access & Portability: You have the right to request copies of your personal data or request that we transfer it to another service.
  • Right to Rectification: You have the right to request that we correct any information you believe is inaccurate.
  • Right to Erasure (Right to be Forgotten): You can permanently delete your account and all synced configurations at any time from the App Settings.
  • Legal Basis for Processing: We process your email address only when you give us consent (by signing up for an account) to perform our contract with you (syncing your notes).
  • Data Transfers: Your data is transferred and stored securely using Google Firebase servers. Google complies with the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).
  • Right to Lodge a Complaint: You have the right to complain to a Data Protection Authority about our collection and use of your personal data.
